Easy-to-follow Low Back Pain Stretches You Can Do At Home

One of the most common ailments nurses deal with is lower back pain. Nurses constantly check on their patients, bending down on every instance. There are times when the pain gets so severe that they cannot seem to get up from bed. If you are also suffering from intense lower back pain, these low back pain stretches  can work for you.

In this video, a physical therapist shows a step-by-step guide on how you can do stretches to ease your lower back pain.

Here are the stretches for lower back pain you can follow at home:

  • Supine hip flexor
  • Single knee to chest
  • Hamstring stretch
  • Lumbar rotation with flexed knees
  • Glute/ piriformis stretch
