Pros : Job security, see a variety of patients, overtime available (some with incentive pay), generally have a good team work atmosphere with good coworkers
Cons : New manager is awful, short staffed frequently, no backup from management/administration during excessively busy times, little acknowledgement when complaints/concerns are voiced.
